Tokyo Forum shall stipulate the site policy on the website operated by Tokyo Forum Secretariat (web page beginning with https://www.tokyoforum.tc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/ hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). If the individual pages of the Site contain policies that differ from the following policies, the individual page descriptions will be applied with priority.

Tokyo Forum or the original author retains copyright to all the content (data, text, images, videos, other materials, and combinations thereof) posted in connection with the provision of information by the Site (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"), unless otherwise specified. We will make every possible effort to improve the Services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, immediacy, or timeliness of the Services and all the content included in the Site. The Service may be changed or suspended by Tokyo Forum Secretariat without prior notice. In principle, the user of the Site is free to link each page of the Site and URL postings in media including magazines and etc., and no notification is required to Tokyo Forum Secretariat, provided that the URL and contents may be changed or suspended without prior notice. In addition, Tokyo Forum shall not be liable for any troubles caused by having linked to a website other than the Site. Please note that links from the following sites are strictly prohibited.
