PROFILE
Dr. Tae Yong Jung is currently a professor at the Graduate School of International Studies and the Director of the Center for Global Sustainability, Yonsei University, South Korea. He is an IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Coordinating Lead Author of Working Group 3. He is the director for the Sustainable Development Program at the Ban Ki-moon Foundation for the Better Future. He is also the president of the Global Innovative Education Lab of Asia Education Commission. Before he joined GSIS, He was a professor at the KDI School of Public Policy & Management. Prior to the current position, he was a Principal Climate Change Specialist at the Asian Development Bank. He also worked at World Bank. He was educated at Seoul National University (BA) and at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey (MA and Ph.D.).
