Robert Blasiak

Robert Blasiak is a researcher at the Stockholm Resilience Centre, where he focuses on aspects of international cooperation, the sustainable management of ocean resources, and ocean stewardship. His recent work has dealt with marine biotechnology and the equitable use of marine genetic resources. He is a visiting researcher at the University of Tokyo, where he received his PhD in 2015. He previously worked with the Satoyama Initiative at the United Nations University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship with the Nippon Foundation NEREUS Program.
