AOKI Naomi

AOKI Naomi is an associate professor in the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo, Japan. She specializes in public management – a field encompassing organizational and human resource management in the public sector and the governance of public service delivery. Before assuming her current position in 2020, she was an assistant professor at the National University of Singapore. She received her master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies and her PhD in public administration from Syracuse University in the United States.
