NAKANO Yoshihiro is a specialist in social philosophy and critical development studies. His research includes Transition Design and diverse economies, especially postdevelopment and degrowth alternatives. During the early 21st century, he joined the global justice movement across Europe and beyond, encountering the early stage of the degrowth movement. He collaborates with key thinkers such as Serge Latouche, publishing the translation of their works from French and Italian.
