Dr. Rafaela Yoshioka is the lead professor for the Tokyo Forum Youth Session and teaches Global Collaboration Exercise, a collaborative course that brings together students from UTokyo and South Korea to explore global challenges. Her areas of expertise are migration studies and sociology of education. As a second-generation immigrant in Japan, she seeks to promote migrant wellbeing and foster multicultural coexistence through both research and practice.
